✦ PAYMENTS ✦

• PayPal : Individual customers must make payment in advance.(Up to two installments available.)

• Bank transfers are also available for transactions in Japan.​

 

✦ USE ✦

• Clients are allowed to use the commissioned artwork on social media and streaming platforms (such as X, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and YouTube).

• When using the artwork on the above platforms, please credit the artist.

• A Commercial Content License is required for monetized or revenue-generating digital content, including streams, videos, memberships, and similar activities.

• A Merchandise License is required to create, promote, or sell digital or physical products using the commissioned artwork. This license includes Commercial Content rights.

 

✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ✦

• All copyright for the artwork belongs to the artist.

• I retain the right to post the work produced in my portfolio and on social media.

• I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs and or AIs.

 

✦ REFUNDS ✦

• The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment. 

• If payment hasn't been made, the subscriber can cancel the order by requesting it.

• ​Refunds for cancellations after the start of production will be as follows.​

​　　- After starting the sketch: 50% of the fee  
　　- After starting the line art: 20% of the fee  
　　- After starting the coloring: 10% of the fee
